Pastor Wayne Goodare has been in pastoral ministry since 1997 ordained in 2003. He has served in the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI NZ Ministries) as General Secretary since 2005, World Missions Director since 2008 and is the current Global Campus Ministry Coordinator for the South Pacific region and the College President for One in Christ Global Association of Theology Studies Bible College of New Zealand.

Pastor Wayne graduated from Apostolic Bible College of Fiji 1997 in Theology and in 2004 gained NZ Diploma in Adult Education and Training NZQA

Pastor Wayne and Elaine Goodare married in 1983, posted to the Islands of Vanuatu in 1991 spending a total of 9 years there founded the first English speaking church, All Nations Pentecostals of Port Vila, officiating the opening service on 21st September, 1997. They also established a Campus Ministry in 1998 at the University of South Pacific (USP) Law faculty engaging with students from over 10 nations within the South Pacific basin also spending time and assisting in Prison and Hospital ministry. Pastor Wayne has preached and taught throughout the South Pacific region, Vanuatu, Fiji, Tonga, Samoa, A Samoa and Papua New Guinea, in 2000 ministered in Texas and Tennessee, USA.

Returning to New Zealand in 2002, Pastor Wayne founded the church in Christchurch New Zealand, All Nations Pentecostals of Christchurch (ANP) May 2002. In August of 2015 Pastor Wayne and the leadership team restructured and founded the current church fellowship now under One In Christ (OIC) Apostolics of Christchurch.
